Rate- $200 50-minute Individual Session: Individual sessions are times we meet after the intake to begin our therapeutic work together. Typically weekly, bi-weekly, or on an as needed basis. Rate- $175 Coaching Session: Coaching is distinct from therapy and is more action-oriented and focused on strategies for dealing with your present experiences. Rate- $200 I accept Aetna, United, and Optum, and will soon be able to accept Regence/Blue Cross. Honoring that there should be no barriers to healing and wellness I also offer a sliding fee scale based on your ability to pay.
